Taking on a new service role coordinating the seminar series at the Institute of Arctic and Alpine Research, CU Boulder.

The Vriend lab returns after another great GRC/GRS, this time it was Granular Matter at Stonehill College, MA. At the GRS, I was Discussion Leader for the keynote speaker's talk, and also gave a presentation myself.

Gave a program seminar on photoelastic particles at the Kavli Institute for Theoretical Physics (KITP), during the Soft Earth Geophysics program at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Watch the talk.
